User Privacy
Agents Referrals is fully committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Agents Referrals utilizes the information that users provide to administer accounts, accurately evaluate the use of our service and to provide a higher quality user environment. This Privacy Statement supplements and is incorporated into the AgnedaSync Terms of Service, and explains the collection, use, and disclosure of users information in connection with the services we provide.

Collection and Use of Information
Agents Referrals collects information from its users at several different points on its Web site. Agents Referrals will remain the sole owner of the information collected and will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in a manner different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers to a user's computer hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can make the Web more useful by storing information about a particular user's preferences on a particular site. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and many major Web sites use them to provide useful features for their customers. Cookies in and of themselves do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user's computer. Any Web site that users visit through a link from the Agents Referrals site may use its own cookies. The Agents Referrals site uses a stored cookie to assist with the "Remember Me" function, and a session cookie (not kept beyond the session) to identify which Realtors Referrals server is being used. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. Even though users may be able to change this setting to reject cookies, the session cookie is a critical element because the Agents Referrals service is Web based, and without it the site will not function.

Log Files
Our log files capture the URLs of the pages visited, browser type, screen resolution, and IP addresses for the purpose of analyzing trends, tracking user movement, administering the site, and gathering broad demographic information for aggregate use. None of this information is linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing of Information
Agents Referrals may share or provide aggregated demographic information about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, partners and interested business entities. This aggregated demographic information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. Examples include reports on how many times a certain page was viewed, or how many distinct users used the service. Agents Referrals will not disclose any of personally identifiable information to any third party except (a) when such information is transferred to a purchaser of all or substantially all of Agents Referrals's business interests, or (b) when we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Agents Referrals, our users, or others. Additionally, we work with certain partner companies who, in conjunction with their own membership programs require that we disclose purchasing information about their customers who visit the Agents Referrals site through links from their sites, or use a credit card to make purchases on or through the Agents Referrals site. We disclose only the information required to make these programs work and support users' membership with them, which typically may include the name, address, and/or email address of the user as well as the type and dollar amount of purchases made. If users do not want us to disclose that information to the partner company, they must contact them directly. The information privacy practices of those parties are not covered by this privacy statement.

Links
This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the Agents Referrals Web site. The Agents Referrals Web site may now or eventually contain links to other sites. Any time a user click on links and/or ad banners that take them to third-party web sites, they will be subject to the third parties' privacy policies. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, Agents Referrals cannot be responsible for the actions of third parties or for their privacy practices. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site with which they interact.

Surveys and Contests
From time-to-time Agents Referrals may request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user, therefore, can choose whether or not to disclose this information. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. Unless we explicitly notify you in the terms of a sweepstakes or contest, no information is shared by Agents Referrals with third parties in connection with any sweepstakes or contest. To the extent that any privacy information relating to a sweepstakes or contest conflicts with the information provided here, the specific privacy information regarding the sweepstakes or contest will be clearly stated in an area that will be accessible to potential entrants and will govern that particular sweepstakes or contest.

Privacy of Children
Agents Referrals is concerned about the privacy of young children and does not knowingly market its service to or collect any personal information from, children under the age of thirteen years. We suggest that users become involved with their child's access to the Internet and to our site to ensure that his or her privacy is well protected.

Security
Agents Referrals takes every precaution to protect its users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, the information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration and billing forms request sensitive user information, that information is transmitted with SSL technology to protect that information online. We also protect user-information stored on our servers, and encrypt credit card information. Externally, user data is protected by a username and password combination. Internally, all access to our users' information is highly restricted. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job such as billing or customer service are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our system administrators who have access to such information must abide by a written customer privacy policy, and are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they must do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a locked cage in a high security building. Special Offers
Agents Referrals will send all new members a welcoming e-mail to verify their password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and new product feature announcements. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive non-site and non-service specific communications. Please see the choice/ opt-out section below.

Site and Service Updates
Agents Referrals will occasionally send out site and service announcements to all members. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and to discuss issues relating to their account via e-mail.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as his or her zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove that user's personal data. Corporate users' site administrators are able to make some of these changes, such as adding/deleting a team member, and changing a business address. Choice/Opt-Out
Our users are given the opportunity to opt-out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site by sending an email to security@agentsreferrals.net. Our e-mails have opt-out instructions so users who use our system, but don't want any marketing material, can remove their e-mail address from our marketing lists.

Notification of Changes
If Agents Referrals decides to change its privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
