·        treat all people with dignity and respect and treat all aspects of your transaction with ethical integrity.  I view this work as a partnership and will respectfully listen as you describe your needs, ask questions and express concerns. 

·        engage community professionals who share similar values as described above - inspectors, loan, title and escrow officers.
