    I'm not going to waste your time telling you about my "contacts/connections" because every agent has them. Being Boise born and raised, I can assure you, I have plenty of them. There for, I do practice what I preach. Nothing but 100% Honesty from me to you. After all, I want the end result to be a happy one for you; with the hope that if it is, you will become a "Raving fan"  of mine and pass my name around so that I can do the same for others as I did for you.    
    In today's competitive real estate market, timing is HUGE! Many good homes are sold before they are ever advertised. If you are buying, I personaly encourage you to get pre-qualified for a mortgage loan. This helps not only in the speed/organization process of the deal, but it puts more "weight" on your offer to the owners of the property that you are putting the offer on. Especially in the case of a "multi -offer" deal.
